If you’re running late, please let us know — arrivals 15+ minutes late may need to reschedule or have the service adjusted.

We ask for at least 48 hours notice for rescheduling or cancelling. Within 48 hours, we have a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service. Missed appointments without notice will be charged a no show fee of 100% of the booked service.
